Do you have a child between 4 and 12 years of age that could benefit from participating in a group swimming lesson?  Then be sure to register them for the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson™ event that we’ll be participating in simultaneously along with other swimming venues around the world on the first day of summer, Thursday June 20.

The 30-minute lesson led by Sarah Brackins of Morristown Landing will begin promptly at 10 a.m in our wave pool, and will cover a variety of safe swimming topics all tailored to fit a range of ages and experience levels.

Children who pre-register for the event prior to June 14 will be admitted into our park for free on the day of the event.

On the day of the event there will also be onsite registration at our main gate entrance starting at 9:30 am. However, each child who does day of onsite registration will be required to purchase a daily admission ticket (which is $42.99 for children over the age of 2 who are under 42 inches and $47.99 for anyone else) on the day of the event. Every child must be accompanied by one parent/guardian. Parents are strongly encouraged to accompany their younger children in the water.

All registered guests will enter our park together and complete the lesson. Following the event, a group photo will be taken, and all participants will receive one return daily admission ticket valid for the 2024 season and a personalized certificate of participation. After the swimming lesson is completed, everyone will be able to stay and enjoy the waterpark for the remainder of the day.

According to Dave, our general manager, “Knowing how to swim is critical for your family’s safety and so we are hoping that many people will take advantage of this opportunity on June 20.”

Since its inception in 2010, the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson has had more than 383,000 children and adult participants, provided more than 170,000 hours of water safety training and has spread the Swimming Lessons Save Lives message to billions of people.
