What if the park has to close due to inclement weather?

If the park has to close for the day due to inclement weather, daily admission tickets purchased in advance or at the gate will be issued a rain check to use on a different day.

Can I bring my Bag(s) and/or Gift(s) into the park?

All guest bags are subject to search before entering the park. This includes birthday gifts, which are requested to be in gift bags only. Wrapped gifts will not be permitted.

Are the pools heated?

Soaky Mountain does have heated pools throughout the waterpark.

How large is the waterpark?

Soaky Mountain is 50 acres of waterpark fun for the whole family. Located at 175 Gists Creed Road, Sevierville, TN

Do you offer a fast pass?

No, we do not.

What are your hours of operation?

Soaky Mountain hours of operation are subject to change. Visit our full calendar here.

May I leave and re-enter?

Guests with a valid admission may leave and re‐enter with a hand stamp on the same operating day.

What is the minimum age for guests without adult supervision?

Guests 12 and under need direct adult supervision.

Are lockers available?

Lockers are available for rent daily. Rentals range from $13-$21 for unlimited, all-day access, and include three different sizes-small, large, and X-large. Learn more here.

Where is lost and found located?

Lost and found is located at the Guest Services tent (Located outside of Base Camp Bistro). If you realize you left an item behind, please send us an email to help try and locate your missing item.

Are there strollers available?

Soaky does not provide stroller rentals, but strollers are permitted in the park.

Are lifejackets available?

USCG-approved life jackets in various sizes are located throughout the park for first come, first serve use.

Soaky Mountain requires guests under 48 inches tall to wear a life jacket at some of the attractions in the park.

Guests may also bring and use their USCG-approved life jackets.

Are towels provided?

Towels are not provided. However, if you forgot yours, we have a selection available for purchase at our gift shop, Mountain Mercantile.

Do you have picnic tables in your parking lot?

No, we do not.

Is smoking allowed?

For the safety of everyone in our waterpark, smoking is allowed in designated areas only. This includes traditional and electronic methods.

Are pets allowed?

Soaky Mountain Waterpark does not allow animals of any kind in the Waterpark. Legally qualified Service Animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. ADA Service Animals are still subject to the State of Tennessee Health Code while allowed in the Waterpark to perform Service Animal tasks.

Is lodging available?

Soaky Mountain does not have lodging. There are many great lodging options in our area, including Wilderness at the Smokies, owned by our parent company Wilderness Resorts and Waterparks. Guests who stay at Wilderness at the Smokies can purchase discounted admission tickets for just $19.99.

Is Soaky Mountain ADA accessible?

Soaky Mountain adheres to ADA guidelines. The wave pool, Boomer’s Bay, and The Hive (children’s play feature) have zero-depth entries, and Coyote Springs pool has a lift.

Where can I obtain an employment application?

Employment applications can be picked up at our administration office or filled out online here. Or you can email info@soakymountainwaterpark.com

Can I purchase sunscreen or other items I may have forgotten to bring?

Sunscreen and many other sundries are available in our gift shop, Mountain Mercantile.

Season Pass Holders

How do I pick up my season passes?

You may pick them up at the season pass office when you arrive for your first visit. Be prepared to show your ID and receipt.

Does everyone in my party need to be together to pick up our season passes?

It would be ideal. If not present, guests will need to present their receipts and IDs if they arrive by themselves.

What does the season pass look like?

It is a wristband with the Soaky Mountain logo and the pass holder’s name on it.

What do I do if I lose my season pass wristband?

You can purchase a replacement band for $15 at the Soaky ticket booth with proper identification.

Do I need to make a reservation?

No, you do not.

Does my guest need to be with me to use the guest ticket?

Yes, the guest ticket is linked to your season pass information and wristband.

Purchasing Tickets & Passes

What does an admission ticket include?

Daily admission tickets allow guests to enjoy all of our waterslides, attractions, and pools. Please note at any given time; ride operations may be suspended due to inclement weather or other safety concerns.

What ages need to purchase tickets?

Children ages three and up require a ticket. There is a special day pass rate for children under 42 inches tall. Season passes are the same price for all ages.

Where can I buy tickets or season passes?

Tickets and season passes can be purchased online here, or at our ticket booth located at 175 Gists Creek Rd Sevierville, TN 37876.

I do not want to swim, do I still need to pay admission fees?

Yes, all guests of Soaky Mountain need a valid admission ticket.

Do you offer group discounts?

We do, for groups of 15 or more. To find out more, visit here or contact group sales at 865.868.2171

Do you offer a Military discount?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for all active and non-active service men and women and their immediate families. These discounted tickets must be purchased at the gate only, not online.

How can I have a birthday party at Soaky Mountain?

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Safety

Are swim diapers required?

Any guest who is not toilet trained needs to wear a swim diaper to participate in water attractions.

Do you have lifeguards?

We have trained lifeguards available to assist guests in need.

Where is the first aid station?

The first aid station is located near the Bee Good Café.

Do you have a lost and found?

What if I lose a member of my group, how can I get help?

Locate a staff member who will assist you.

Dress Code

Do you have a dress code?

Appropriate swim attire is required to utilize the pools and attractions. Pants with rivets, belts, buckles, or chains are not allowed on or in the attractions. Riders must wear a safety strap with all eyewear. Offensive or overly suggestive clothing is not permitted.

Are swim shirts or tank tops allowed?

Yes, as long as they do not have buttons or rivets on them.

Can I wear footwear?

Appropriate footwear is encouraged. However, some attractions may have restrictions.

Can I wear glasses or sunglasses?

Glasses and sunglasses are permitted with a safety strap.

Are goggles allowed?

Goggles are allowed; however, they must not contain any glass.

Are GoPros or other cameras allowed?

For your safety and the safety of other guests, GoPros and any other cameras are not allowed.

Food & Beverage

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Outside food and beverage are not permitted in the park. One factory-sealed bottled water is allowed. Empty refillable water bottles are also allowed as long as they are not glass.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes.

Do you offer souvenir cups with free or discounted refills?

Yes, souvenir cups are available for purchase, and refills are $1.99

Can I bring my own reusable cup?

Yes, empty tumblers and water bottles that are plastic or metal may be brought into the park. They must be empty when entering the park and may only be used for water while in the park.

Are the restaurants allergy-friendly?

We offer allergy-friendly options. For questions regarding allergen information, please speak with our food and beverage management team.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?

Yes, proof of age with a valid I.D. is required, with no exceptions.
