Soaky Weather Warranty In the Smoky Mountains, a 90% chance of rain can equal a 15-minute rain shower. A partially cloudy day means it’s mostly sunny! But in the event of inclement weather, never fear, because we have our Soaky Weather Warranty.

If full ride operations are suspended due to inclement weather, guests may be eligible for a complimentary return ticket, also known as a Rain Ticket. This ticket will allow you to come back and enjoy the park on another day during the current season.

To qualify, you simply need to:

• Have proof of your ticket purchase, and
• Leave the park for the day while operations are suspended.

That’s it. No complicated process and no guesswork.
