Soaky Mountain, together with Wilderness at the Smokies (also owned by Wilderness Resorts and Waterparks) will be hosting three job fairs to fill over 250 part-time, full-time jobs and seasonable positions in Attractions, Aquatics, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Park Services, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance.
The hiring events will be Friday, April 10 from 3-7 pm., Saturday, April 11 and Sunday April 12 from 10 am-3 pm at our park entrance, 175 Gists Creek Road.
According to Pete, managing director for our park and for Wilderness at the Smokies, “In addition to providing competitive hourly wages, there are a lot of great perks for Soaky Mountain Waterpark and Wilderness at the Smokies part-time and full-time employees to have fun.
“They include receiving a 2026 Soaky Mountain season pass and ten bring a friend tickets; getting employee discounts for retail purchases, the arcade, guest rooms and food & beverage; getting an affordable employee meal when you work and receiving local discounts at area venues. Full-time year-round employees also receive health, vision and dental insurance, as well as a 401K program with 100% match.”
Pete adds, “We also have an awards program to encourage our team members to perform at their best at all times. We recognize outstanding employees monthly, quarterly and annually. Plus, we recognize employees with special awards for every five years of service.”
