So, what does your title mean you do at Soaky?
I manage and oversee all lifeguards and aquatic operations throughout Soaky Mountain Waterpark, ensuring safety and fun for all guests.
What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job are my co-workers, and the love we all share for the job.
How long have you worked at Soaky and in what roles?
This is my fourth season working at Soaky! I started in 2023, as lifeguard then became an Aquatics Supervisor in 2024. I spent some time in Maintenance in the 2024 off-season. I was an Aquatics Assistant Manager in 2025, and then Aquatics Operations Manager in 2026.
Favorite Soaky Attraction?
Blue Mountain Mayhem is my favorite Soaky attraction.
Favorite food venue at Soaky?
Base Camp Bistro! I am a little bit of a picky eater, and Basecamp has a lot of great options to choose from.
Favorite thing to eat at Soaky?
Chicken Cesar wrap from Basecamp.
Piece of advice for first-time guests?
Hydrate, eat some good food, have fun, and hydrate some more.

I was born and raised in Tennessee.
Are you a dog or cat person?
Without a doubt, I am a dog person. I have a 2-year-old Pit bull named Egg, and he is my pride and joy! (Even though he eats everyone’s shoes)
Favorite toy when you were a kid?
I loved all things Winnie the Pooh, I had at least 10 Pooh Bear stuffed animals when I was a kid.
All-time favorite movie?
Finding Nemo is my go to comfort movie.
All-time favorite TV series?
Grey’s Anatomy. I have watched it all the way through three times.Favorite ice cream flavor?
Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream – specifically in a waffle cone.
What toppings do you like on your pizza?
Plain cheese pizza with thin crust is my go to!
