Where does Santa like to spend his summer? At Soaky Mountain Waterpark!
We’ve got some exciting news! We’ve just confirmed with the North Pole that Santa is going to take break from his busy workshop to make a special mid-year trip to have some fun with girls and boys. He’ll be celebrating Christmas in July at Soaky Mountain Waterpark on Saturday, July 25, 2026 from 1-3 pm.
Rumor has it that families will be able to find Santa relaxing in Cabana #8by our Edge water coaster.
Stop by and say hello, snap a festive photo that you can use for your family’s Christmas card, and share your Christmas wishes with the “big guy” a little early. Santa will also be handing out a special little gift for good girls and boys while supplies last.
While visiting, keep in mind that summer ends soon and winter will be “loading” before you know it. Be sure to mark your calendar for the return of Shadrack’s Christmas Wonderland and Soaky’s Snowy Mountain daily from November 13-January 3, 2027.* Ice skating will also be returning across the street at Wilderness at the Smokies during this same time period. Both these fun holiday traditions are something you won’t want to miss!
